Yuki Cross goes on patrol, and spots two Day Class students trying to take pictures of the Night Class. and the Chuang Yi editions are being reprinted in Australia and New Zealand by Madman Entertainment. The series is licensed for English release in Singapore by Chuang Yi. In addition to publishing the individual volumes, the series was serialized in Viz's Shojo Beat manga anthology from July 2006, until the magazine was discontinued in 2009. The series is licensed for an English language release in North America by Viz Media. Two drama CDs and two Japanese light novels have also been created based on the manga series. The second season, titled Vampire Knight Guilty, aired between Octoand December 29, 2008. The first season aired in Japan on TV Tokyo between Apand June 30, 2008. Vampire Knight was adapted into a twenty-six episode anime series by Studio Deen. The individual chapters have been collected and published in tankōbon volumes by Hakusensha, with the series concluding with nineteen volumes released in Japan as of November 2013.

But yeah, then there was those anti-vampire folks coming in and destroying stuff, so I guess we have a new antagonist for this series? Even in the distant future, Kaname is looking at the idyllic life of the town where he lives, wondering what it took to achieve that peace (he doesn’t remember his vampire life), and deciding how he wants to live his human life. This volume was more of the quiet moments – Yuki and Zero talking about their future and their relationship, Cross nostalgically remembering about Juri and how he met her and how the idea for the Cross Academy came to be. Meanwhile, stirring up more trouble are a group of anti-vampire humans that don’t agree with the assimilation of the vampire and human societies, which becomes violent in this volume. The headmaster of Cross Academy is starting to show signs of decline, and that also means we are reminded of the mortality of the vampire hunter bloodline but his longevity means Aido has a research subject. Even Ai is in hibernation, so things are quiet – until they aren’t. It was also convenient that most of the detractors are dead now, so after going and personally delivering some warnings, they are free to be with each other. Yuki and Zero have finally decided to give their relationship a go, after decades of being ‘friendly’ in the eyes of everyone else.
